Life in coastal oceans shapes civilization, yet that life remains one of Earth’s greatest mysteries. At MarineGEO, biologists are preparing to track coastal life around the world. Learn about the new project from its director, Smithsonian marine biologist Emmett Duffy, and discover how scientists can take the pulse of a planet. Lectures are free and open to all.
