Another Attempted Burglary at King Dollar

Someone has been trying to enter the discount supply store in an unusual way.

An unknown suspect dug a hole in the's plaster roof sometime late last week with the apparent intent of breaking into the store, according to a Baltimore County Police report.

The incident occurred sometime between noon Thursday and 3 p.m. Saturday, according to the report.

This is the second time an attempted burglary with the same method of entry has been reported at the discount retail store, located across from Mt. Zion Cemetery, police said.

Authorities said a motion detection security system alerted them of entry to the store.

Nothing was reported stolen.
