4-Alarm Fire Erupts At Paint Store In Fells Point
Baltimore City firefighters have been battling a four-alarm blaze Friday in Fells Point that has prompted road closures in the area.
BALTIMORE, MD — A four-alarm fire has been blazing near Fells Point Friday morning, according to the Baltimore City Fire Department. Crews initially reported they were at the scene before 3:15 a.m.
Firefighters remained in the 400 block of South Broadway — where officials said heavy fire conditions were still showing — after 6:30 a.m.
Firefighters were working to extinguish the blaze from outside because they were unsure of the structure's stability and due to the flammable materials inside the building, which houses Budeke's Paints.
