ABC Party and Tent Rental Acquires Party Plus Rentals
Baltimore's leader in party rental equipment grows business with acquisition of Maryland-based company

Baltimore, Md. – ABC Party and Tent Rental, a full-service party rental equipment company serving the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced that it has acquired Maryland-based Party Plus Rentals.
ABC Party and Tent Rental has been helping Maryland, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. celebrate in fine fashion for more than 10 years. To better serve its clients throughout the region and to accommodate its rapid business growth, ABC has acquired Party Plus Rentals and its two locations in Cockeysville and Columbia. Party Plus has been providing the Maryland region with party rental equipment for nearly 30 years. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Purchased in 2007 by Nate McCreary, ABC Party and Tent Rental has established a reputation for excellence by providing superior work for clients including Towson University, the Maryland Zoo, the Baltimore Museum of Industry, and more. From wedding ceremonies and luncheons to trade shows and birthdays, ABC offers a wide inventory of equipment including tables, tents, linens and chairs. In just over 10 years, ABC has grown its revenue by nearly 500 percent.
With its acquisition of Party Plus Rentals, ABC adds two satellite locations in Baltimore and Howard counties, at 1 Beaver Court in Cockeysville and 6077 Oak Hall Lane in Columbia. The new locations provide more than 10,000 square-feet of space for ABC to store and showcase equipment at convenient locations for clients across the region. ABC will continue to run its main operations out of its headquarters on Russell Street in downtown Baltimore.

Additionally, the acquisition of Party Plus will allow ABC to grow from 20 to nearly 30 employees. ABC will also add 3 delivery trucks, growing its fleet to 10. Party Plus Rentals will now operate as ABC Party and Tent Rental.
