Annual birthday bash helps people with ALS thrive

October 5th Soiree with O.J. to feature music, dancing, a silent auction, delicious food and drink specials and a guest speaker

This October, ALS patient support organization, the Brigance Brigade Foundation, will celebrate former NFL player O.J. Brigance’s 49th birthday and honor all those battling ALS at the 4th annual Soiree with O.J. One hundred percent of proceeds from this birthday bash will equip, encourage and empower people living with ALS.

Soirée with O.J. will be held at the Valley Mansion by Martin’s in Cockeysville and will feature special guest speaker. Soiree guests will enjoy music and dancing, a silent auction, delicious food and drinks, special VIP guests and more!

“This year’s Soiree is all about thriving,” said Amanda Mummert, Foundation Director. “The Brigance Brigade Foundation not only works to help people battling ALS live each day, but live each day to the fullest. We want to celebrate that notion and encourage attendance to help PALS flourish.”

The Brigance Brigade Foundation’s vision is to realize a world where people touched by ALS thrive with purpose and passion. Eleven years after O.J. Brigance’s ALS diagnosis, he still gets up every day and goes to work in the front office of the Baltimore Ravens while also acting as Board Chair of the Brigance Brigade Foundation with his wife, co-founder, and Vice Chair, Chanda. The Brigances have faced adversity head-on and want to help others by creating the opportunity to do the same.

Soirée with O.J. will take place from 7:00 – 11:00pm on Friday, October 5, 2018. Tickets to the event are $100 (through September 5th when prices will increase) and can be purchased at www.BriganceBrigade.org (this is a 21+ only event). Fun and affordable corporate and group sponsorship opportunities are also available for this exciting event. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact Foundation Director Amanda Mummert for more information at amummert@brigancebrigade.org.
