BALTIMORE, MD — Due to weather, several schedule changes have been reported in Baltimore Thursday.
The city is under a winter weather advisory until 10 a.m. because snow could make travel hazardous. Drivers should reduce their speeds if they must be on the road.
The mass vaccination site at the Baltimore Convention Center will operate as scheduled, by appointment only. Those who cannot make it to their appointments should call 410-649-6200.

Baltimore City government offices will delay opening until 10 a.m. Thursday for non-essential employees.
Baltimore City Public Schools canceled in-person instruction Thursday due to weather. Classes will continue remotely. The district office will remain open. However, the Multilingual Enrollment and Support Center and Enrollment, Choice and Transfer offices will operate virtually.

School meal sites are closed in Baltimore City Thursday due to inclement weather.
Rec center meal sites will be open in Baltimore. However, some are opening at 3 p.m. rather than 1 p.m., according to city officials.
Enoch Pratt Free Library locations will open for sidewalk service at noon on Thursday, Feb. 11. Morning appointments will be rescheduled.
Johns Hopkins University will open at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11. No campus dining impacts are expected. The Milton S. Eisenhower Library and Brody Learning Commons will open at 10 a.m.
The Homewood-Peabody-JHMI and Keswick-Homewood-Eastern-JHMI shuttles will begin service at 9 a.m., following the normal schedule.
All Johns Hopkins Health System hospitals are open. Hopkins' asymptomatic COVID-19 testing sites will open at 10 a.m.; appointments between 9 and 10 a.m. should be rescheduled.
Loyola University is opening at noon Thursday. Essential employees should report as scheduled.
Morgan State University's campus is closed Thursday due to inclement weather. Essential employees should report as directed, while remote instruction and telework continue. Campus dining services will operate on a brunch schedule Thursday.
Notre Dame of Maryland University campus and ABSN Learning Site (Elkridge) will open at 10 a.m. Thursday. Virtual learning will start on time. Essential employees should report as scheduled.
The University of Baltimore campus will open at 10 a.m. Thursday. Essential employees should work their regular on-campus shifts unless excused by their supervisor. Employees slated to telework should report for their regularly scheduled hours. Online classes will proceed as scheduled unless instructors have indicated otherwise.
Liberal leave is in effect for employees of the state of Maryland from 6 a.m. to the end of the day shift. Essential employees should report as scheduled.
