BIC Scholarships Awarded to Stratford University Students

Stratford University is pleased to announce the first round of recipients of the BIC Educational Foundation Scholarships.

The BIC Educational Foundation was established in 2015, utilizing funds from Baltimore International College (BIC), a culinary and hospitality management school which operated from 1972-2012.

The BIC Educational Foundation offers the BIC Scholarship to exemplary students studying culinary arts and hospitality in Baltimore. In partnership with Stratford University and other local institutions, the BIC Scholarship provides generous awards to students who have demonstrated excellence in their academic programs and resilience despite personal challenges.

This fall, the BIC Educational Foundation awarded a total of $20,000 in BIC Scholarships to the following Stratford University students:

“Even though BIC is no longer in operation, we are thankful that the BIC Educational Foundation can assist these deserving students with their culinary education at Stratford University,” said Deana Frank, Executive Director of the BIC Educational Foundation. “We look forward to continuing our partnership with Stratford and its students.”
