Boy, 6, Fatally Stabbed By Mom's Boyfriend, Baltimore Police Say
Baltimore police on Wednesday arrested and charged 32-year-old Alan Geslicki with first-degree murder following the stabbing.

BALTIMORE, MD — A 6-year-old boy is dead after police said his mother's boyfriend stabbed him in the back.
Baltimore police on Wednesday arrested and charged 32-year-old Alan Geslicki with first-degree murder following the stabbing, which occurred Tuesday at a home in the 2000 block of Deering Avenue.
According to authorities, police were called to the home around 9:20 p.m. When they arrived, they found the boy suffering from multiple stab wounds to his back. The child was taken to the hospital, where he later died, police said.

Police said Geslicki was dating the child's mother. He was arrested shortly after the stabbing in the 100 block of South Carrolton Avenue following a foot chase, authorities said.
Geslicki was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility and charged in connection with the child's death, authorities said.
