BALTIMORE, MD — A Baltimore teen is facing a second-degree murder charge after authorities said he killed his 8-year-old brother with a shotgun while babysitting him, according to multiple reports.

Devin Wilson, 18, is accused of killing Dylan King, who was found dead in a home in the 2100 block of Presbury Street on Dec. 30, the Baltimore Banner reported. Police were called to the home, where they found a "small, male child in the upstairs portion of the residence with a gunshot trauma to the head."

According to charging documents obtained by the Banner, Baltimore police found Wilson crying in a bedroom with a gun. An officer was able to convince Wilson to put the gun down and leave the bedroom.
