Brother Of Under Armour Founder Denies Exposure Allegation
Baltimore developer Scott Plank has refuted an indecent exposure allegation and no charge has been filed, police say.

BALTIMORE, MD — Real estate developer Scott Plank, the brother of Under Armour founder and CEO Kevin Plank, has denied allegations made in a police report that he exposed himself to a woman at his condo complex, according to a media report. Baltimore Police were called to the Locust Point residence about 3 a.m. on Nov. 9, reports Fox Baltimore.
A woman at the Silo Point building told police she was walking to get a cell phone from her car when she heard someone call her, Fox reports. As the woman approached the reception area a man later identified as Scott Plank, allegedly followed her, sat in a chair with his legs open, and his open robe exposed his genitals, according to the police report.
The woman told officers Scott Plank asked her to come upstairs, and she declined his advances. Plank has denied the allegation and he was not officially charged with an offense.

Plank, 51, told The Baltimore Sunthe incident was an "unintentional encounter, and a misunderstanding."
The unidentified woman told the newspaper that Plank, who lives in the building's penthouse, apologized to her. "Upon speaking with him candidly, I now believe that Mr. Plank's conduct was unintentional and will not happen again," she said in a statement released by her attorney to the Sun, which first reported the incident.

Kevin Plank is investing heavily in the Baltimore area, announcing earlier this year that the former Sparrows Point site of Bethlehem Steel will become a distribution center for Under Armour. The sportswear company plans to open a 1.3 million-square-foot warehouse in Baltimore County to meet the demand for e-commerce.
Under Armour intends to hire 1,000 people from Baltimore and surrounding areas to work at its new distribution center, according to a statement from the company.
