Pendry-Baltimore to "Charm'tastic Mile" & Pendry-Chicago to Magnificent Mile Same 14-Minute Walk

April 17, 2026 - The "Charm'tastic Mile" of Baltimore (CTMB-1.3) www.thecharmtasticmile.com. The chic & famed 1.3 mile corridor located in the heart of Charm City (Est.1975) that connects Dwtn-West, the Inner Harbor & Harbor East (S. Greene & W. Pratt Street to S. President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of the Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America is reporting another unique-link between The "Charm'tastic Mile" & Magnificent Mile.

As The "Charm'tastic Mile" prepares to celebrate its upcoming 10th Anniversary (2016-26) on April 25, 2026 the Iconic 1.3 mile stretch-corridor in the heart of Dwtn-Charm City discovered that the Pendry-Baltimore & Pendry-Chicago have something in common.

With data from Google maps & search, the Pendry-Baltimore to The "Charm'tastic Mile" and the Pendry-Chicago to The Magnificent Mile is the same 14-minute walk. The "Charm'tastic Mile" is 1.3 miles in length compared to the 13-blocks of the world-renowned Mag Mile.

Since its creation in 2026 it's been documented and published in various articles that The Magnificent Mile was a huge influence to The "Charm'tastic Mile". Both Mile Streets are USPTO www.uspto.gov (R) registered trademarks. Rodeo Drive (Beverly Hills) and the Vegas Strip (Las Vegas) share this very-rare trademark distinction.

The "Charm'tastic Mile" (4-25-2016) shares the same-day of introduction to the City of Baltimore as the majestic Domino Sugars neon sign (4-25-1951), 65-days apart. April 25th will also be the official 75th Anniversary (1951-2026) for the Iconic Domino Sugars neon sign being unveiled to Baltimore.
