Carmen Craven is an accomplished vocalist and native of Tampa, FL, who now resides in the DC Metropolitan area and is known as "Thee Amazing Songbird" and The DMV's Lil' Stephanie Mills, due to fans favorite tribute to the Incomparable Ms. Stephanie Mills. She is recognized for her high energy, soulful, and captivating live performances. Carmen has toured throughout the US and abroad with Ms. Patti LaBelle, performing to sold out arenas, television shows, and musical legends (including Michael Jackson). Carmen is the lead female vocalist in some of the DMV's top local bands, to include Jazzy Blu, Band of Roses, The Supreme DIVAS, and has shared the stage with and opened for the legendary Blue Notes, The Stylistics, Heatwave, Gene Chandler, Roy Ayers, Shele'a and so many more.
