De Sousa Ordered To Surrender Guns, Passport: Reports
As he is being charged for not filing taxes, the former police commissioner can't have guns or his passport and can't leave the country.

BALTIMORE, MD — Former Baltimore Police Commissioner Darryl De Sousa was ordered to surrender his passport and any guns he owns, according to reports. A federal judge listed De Sousa's release conditions Monday.
After De Sousa was charged on May 10 with failing to file his taxes between 2013 and 2015, he resigned from the position, which WJZ said he had held for only 76 days.
De Sousa is required to surrender all of his guns by Wednesday night, and must turn in his passport by June 7, WJZ reported. He's also prohibited from changing his address or leaving the U.S.
