Deep Dive: The Future is Female will feature a powerhouse panel of diverse women business leaders offering their insights on career growth and maximizing opportunities.

The Deep Dive series was created to promote collective conversation among Baltimore community and area business leaders. The free events feature music, meaningful panel discussions and networking opportunities for all who attend. The first Deep Dive event focusing on Baltimore’s Music Industry was held at City Garage on February 15, drawing a capacity crowd.

“We’re excited to bring together an incredible panel of women for Baltimore’s future leaders to hear and learn from at our second Deep Dive event, aptly named ‘The Future is Female,’” said Sylvia Vadakara, Strategic Director of Weller Development Company’s Entertainment Division. “Our first Deep Dive event brought Baltimore’s music industry out in full force, and we are excited to host the first of many events we hope will spur connections and collaboration for women.”
