Job Title: Administrative Aide, Part-Time
Job Description: Assists Administrative Coordinator & Estimators
Reports To: Administrative Coordinator
OGS Order Green Supply is looking for an Administrative Aide to assist with client communication, project management, and provide support to our managers and employees. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and time management skills. Successful candidate will be able to work to deadlines and have a passion for organization and accuracy.
Critical Tasks & Responsibilities
1 Interface with clients on a daily basis via telephone, email & in person.
2 Track purchase orders & acknowledgements, compare for accuracy
3 Track shipments & update clients on orders
4 Review incoming invoices, check for accuracy. Scan & send to bookkeeper
5 Filing both business and project documents
Required Competencies and Qualification
1 Detail oriented
2 Read, write, & speak fluent english; Excellent telephone and email etiquette
3 Proficient in office software programs, including G-Suite
4 Ability to shift from task to task quickly
5 Punctual and reliable
Other Requirements:
1 Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
2 Available Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
3 Desire to learn and grow as an employee
4 2+ years office experience preferred
5 Must be ok with dog(s) in office
