Flood Warning Issued For 5 Counties And Baltimore City
The National Weather Service said flooding was occurring in some areas, while streams were subsiding in others.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning until noon Friday for several counties and Baltimore City. The flood warning means that flooding is occurring or imminent.
At 7:36 a.m., stream gauges showed that flooding was occurring on Gunpowder Falls and the lower Patapsco, according to the National Weather Service. While most streams were near their peak levels and falling by 8 a.m., weather officials said that the threat would continue through the morning.
These areas are under the flood warning until noon on Friday, Sept. 28:

- Harford County
- Howard County
Drivers should turn around if they come across flooded roads, and pedestrians should not attempt to walk through flood waters. Turn around; don't drown.
