According to court documents obtained by TMZ and the Baltimore Banner, authorities said Suggs pulled too far past the drive-thru ordering speaker. When he backed up, he struck another man's vehicle.

Police said there was no damage to either car, but an argument ensued between the two men, according to court documents. As Suggs got into his car and left, reports said he flipped off the man and called him a "cracker" and stated, "Iโll kill your b---- a--."
As Suggs was leaving the drive-thru, court documents obtained by the Banner said he reached his arm through the window and showed the other man a handgun.
Suggs was released following his arrest pending his next court appearance on April 25.
In a statement sent to TMZ, a representative for Suggs said he "wasn't looking for trouble" and feared for his safety during the incident.
"When the man in the other vehicle escalated the situation, I feared for my safety not knowing what his intentions were," the statement from Suggs said. "Throughout the incident, I was the one who felt in danger, while fearing I would be followed home and for the safety of my family nearby at my residence."
Suggs played in Baltimore from 2003-2018 and was inducted last season into the teamโs Ring of Honor. He led the team in career sacks and was named to seven Pro Bowls with the Ravens. He finished his career with the Arizona Cardinals and Kansas City, winning a Super Bowl title with the Chiefs.
According to the Banner, he was charged with felony aggravated assault in 2003 but was later acquitted. In 2012, he was also accused of punching and dragging his girlfriend beside his car. A restraining order was placed against Suggs but later dismissed, the Banner reported.
