Free Rides To Local Black History Sites In Baltimore With Lyft

Some of the locations include the Frederick Douglas Museum and the Reginald F Lewis Museum

Lyft is offering one free ride up to $10 this month to local Black history museums and memorials throughout the country, including in the Baltimore community.

"With 53 percent of Lyft drivers in our area identifying with a minority group, Lyft sees the importance of celebrating the diversity that we have right around us," the company said in a news release. "As local riders look for ways to learn more about the many contributions black culture has made to American history, Lyft is using its platform to bring greater understanding, connection, and support to our very own diverse community."

Riders can use BHMBWI19 anytime this month for one free ride up to $10 to the following locations:

  • The Frederick Douglas Museum: 802 S. Caroline Street Baltimore, MD 21231
