Gordon Ramsay Opening Steak Restaurant At Horseshoe Casino

A celebrity chef is setting up shop in Baltimore.

BALTIMORE, MD - A celebrity chef is setting up a steak restaurant at the Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore.

Gordon Ramsay, host of cooking shows such as "Hell's Kitchen" and "MasterChef," will bring Gordon Ramsay Steak to the casino on Russell Street.

There is one other Gordon Ramsay Steak - in Las Vegas, Nevada - making Baltimore the first city on the east coast to have a Ramsay steakhouse restaurant.

The menu will include prime beef that has been dry-aged for at least 28 days. Dishes will range from Beef Wellington to a 32-ounce royal long-bone chop for two to American Kobe beef.

In addition to steak, the menu will feature creative dishes inspired by Ramsay's British roots such as sticky toffee pudding.

Barrel-aged cocktails and a lengthy wine list will also be on tap.

The plan is for Gordon Ramsay Steak to open by the end of 2017. The restaurant will take the space formerly occupied by Jack Binion’s Steak on the ground floor of the casino.
