Holly Hafenmair Joins Merchants Fleet’s Southeast Sales Team

Merchants Fleet is pleased to announce Holly Hafenmair has joined its Southeast region as a Regional Sales Manager. She is responsible for large- market sales in the southeast region, specifically Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi.

Hafenmair has over 10 years of experience in the fleet industry. Prior to joining Merchants, she was vice president of sales at Element Fleet Management, and prior to that, she was director of Element’s Fleet Partnership Solutions. She has extensive experience in relationship building and negotiation, complex problem identification and resolution planning, client discovery and solution engineering, and balancing client objectives with organizational strategy. She also specializes in process improvement and is a Certified Project Manager (CPM), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2013 she was the winner of project of the year from the Project Management Institute for Fleet Implementation. Hafenmair received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania and is studying organizational leadership and applied ethics at Yale University. She lives in the Greater Baltimore area.
