I-70 Closed Due To Police Activity
BREAKING: Interstate 70 is closed at the exit for I-695, officials say.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Negotiators have been called to the Interstate 70 park and ride Monday afternoon because of a barricade, according to the Baltimore Police Department. Drivers should anticipate delays in the area.
I-70 has been closed since about 3:15 p.m., according to state transportation officials.
The barricade is in the 1100 block of Cooks Lane at the I-70 park and ride, police reported before 5 p.m.

It's blocked at the exit from I-70 to the inner loop of I-695; and westbound I-70 is inaccessible from Cooks Lane, including the park and ride, according to the Baltimore Office of Emergency Management. The I-70 exit for the outer loop remains open.
