I-83 Crash Clears Near Northern Parkway

BALTIMORE, MD — Traffic was stacked up midday on Interstate 83 south at the exit for Northern Parkway because of a crash, according to officials. It happened at the exit for West Northern Parkway late Wednesday morning and brought traffic to a crawl before noon.

Multiple lanes were blocked, the Baltimore City Department of Transportation reported around 11:30 a.m., advising drivers to anticipate delays in the area.

By 12:15 p.m., the crash had cleared.
