Infant Found At Baltimore County Firehouse: Police

Officials said the missing Baltimore baby, who was taken in a custody dispute, was found at a fire station in Baltimore County.

BALTIMORE, MD — A missing 15-day-old baby who was reported missing has been found, according to the Baltimore Police Department. The infant was returned to a Baltimore County fire station, police said in a statement before 7 a.m. on Tuesday.

Milan Butler was taken during a custody dispute, according to authorities.

While the baby's father was arrested Monday, police said it was unknown where Milan Butler was.

Officials said the infant, who was breast feeding, had been taken from her mother on Friday. She had last been seen at 4 p.m. that day in the area of the 4400 block of Franconia Drive, police said.

Family and friends were concerned about the baby's well-being, and officials asked for help locating her Monday night.

Police said the baby, who is a little more than two weeks old, had been found at a Baltimore County firehouse Tuesday morning. She was being taken to an area hospital for a medical evaluation as a precaution.
