Charging documents obtained by WBAL identified the victim as a 4-year-old girl and Brown's daughter. According to WBAL, the girl shot herself in the leg after the gun was found "just lying out in the open in her parent's bedroom, along with drugs."
The girl was taken to a local hospital where police said she was in critical but stable condition.

According to WBAL, a babysitter was caring for the child at the time of the shooting. The charging documents obtained by the station also said Brown allegedly asked a neighbor to hide the gun, and police later found the weapon in the neighbor's car.
Brown is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center, police said. He is scheduled to appear in court next month.
