This Is Maryland's Top-Rated Burger Restaurant: TripAdvisor

BALTIMORE, MD — A good, juicy burger is never the wrong choice for a meal. Picking out the right restaurant for that perfect burger however, can be a struggle.

A new list from TripAdvisor points burger lovers to the best burger joints in the country. The list, published by USA Today, names the top-rated burger restaurants in every state.

In Maryland, the top-rated burger restaurant is Kooper's Tavern in Baltimore. The establishment describes itself on its website: "Kooper's Tavern is a Classic American establishment specialized in only the freshest seafood, meats, poultry & produce, along with an extensive beer and wine selection. Combining excellent service in family-friendly atmosphere, Kooper's has become recognized as one of the Must-Try Burgers Across the country."

The Fells Point restaurant is located at 1702 Thames St. One customer posted this review on Trip Advisor: "Great hamburgers. My kids tried the crab cake and loved it. Wait staff were exceptional even though it was very busy. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend."

The list, compiled by USA Today, accounts for ratio and quality of burger reviews compared to overall ratings, as well as quality and quantity of reviews received in the past year through May 2018. The report said restaurants that are featured on the list have at least 4 out of 5 bubbles, 100 reviews and 10 locations or less as of June 2018.
