MD Squeegee Worker, 15, Faces Adult Trial In Man's Death: Report
A Baltimore grand jury indicted the teen on eight felony charges stemming from the July 7 shooting death of Timothy Reynolds.

BALTIMORE, MD — A 15-year-old squeegee worker accused of shooting and killing a man who confronted him and other workers with a bat was indicted this week on multiple felony charges in connection to the man's death, according to a report.
A Baltimore grand jury indicted the teen on eight adult charges, including first-degree murder, stemming from the death of Timothy Reynolds, 48, CBS News reported. The charges could land him in prison for life.
The charges stem from a July 7 confrontation on East Conway Street, police said.

According to dashcam video obtained by the Baltimore Sun, Reynolds was shot five times by a squeegee worker at the intersection of Light and Conway streets. Reynolds left his car and approached the workers with a bat, the Sun reported, though it's unclear what prompted him to do so.

Video shows Reynolds walking back to his car, according to the Sun. The workers followed him, and when he pursued them with his bat, one of the workers took out a gun and shot him.
Reynolds was taken to an area hospital and pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The shooter ran from the scene, police said.
The teen was arrested July 14 in Essex, Baltimore city police said in a statement.
The teen's attorneys previously fought for the case to be tried in juvenile court considering he was 14 at the time of the shooting, CBS News reported; however, the indictment ensures the case will remain in adult court.
"Fourteen, no problems in the system before this came to him," the teen's attorney, Warren Brown, told CBS. "The problem came to him and maybe we can be judgmental as to how he reacted to that problem, but he didn't create the problem, the problem came to him."
