Missing In Maryland: 7 People Have Disappeared
Multiple people have disappeared recently in Maryland. Can you help find them?
MARYLAND — Multiple people have been reported missing across Maryland in recent weeks, and we are hoping you can help bring them home.
Have you seen any of these individuals? Call the number listed with each person or call 911 to provide information.
Detectives are asking for help finding a missing man who vanished from the Forest Glen Metro Station in Silver Spring. Christopher Lorenzo Harrison, 26, was last seen getting on the Metro in Silver Spring during the afternoon of Wednesday, Oct. 14. He was at the Forest Glen Metro Station at 9730 Georgia Avenue. Harrison has tattoos on both arms and is described as a Black man who is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Alexandra Maikelin Merino, 16, was last seen when she left her home in Germantown around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 11. Her family saw her walk away from her home on Skip Jack Drive. Merino is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 114 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Call the Montgomery County Police Department at 301-279-8000. Callers may remain anonymous.

Jon Jason Selko, 55, of Finksburg was last seen at the Hilton Garden Inn in Owings Mills on Thursday, Oct. 8. He suffers from mental illness, according to authorities, and he may be trying to get assistance from churches in Pennsylvania. Selko is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 270 pounds. Stephen Nyame, 58, was last seen at 7 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 5, in Laurel. He was in the 6900 block of Scotch Drive wearing a black jacket with khaki pants. Nyame is bald; stands 5 feet, 9 inches tall; weighs 175 pounds; and has brown eyes. Call Officer Burford at 301-498-0092 or email jburford@laurel.md.us.

James Jones, 33, of Germantown is missing. He was last seen Oct. 2 in the area of Fairfax, Va. He does not drive and uses public transportation. He is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a black and gray hooded sweatshirt with black pants and slippers. Shermira Misterka, 27, was last seen Saturday, Sept. 26. She went missing from the 4500 block of Wishal Drive in Nottingham. She s 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 130 pounds with black hair styled short or in a long wig. Call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.

Susan Nancy Lane, 32, was on a call with a relative at 7 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, and has not been heard from since, police said in a report this week. She was last seen at 12:30 a.m. on Monday, March 2, at the McDonald's in the 1900 block of West Street in Annapolis. Her vehicle was found at a Shell station in the 2000 block of West Street in Annapolis and despite multiple searches, authorities said they could not find Lane. Police previously said she frequents the area of the Harbor 9 Cinema at 2474 Solomons Island Road and the Giant Food store at 2323 Forest Drive in Annapolis.
