Missing Woman Has Dementia: Baltimore Police

A woman who does not speak has been reported missing in Baltimore Saturday, March 13.

BALTIMORE, MD — A woman who is nonverbal and has early signs of dementia has been reported missing in Baltimore.

Charmaine Richardson, 65, was last seen in the 2900 block of East Federal Street around 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 11.

Police said she was last seen wearing a black and white shorts set. Richardson is 140 pounds and 5 feet, 3 inches tall.
