Mural At Baltimore School To Be Unveiled
Youths partnered with a local artist to create the reading-themed mural at Fort Worthington Elementary/Middle School.

From All Walks of Life: On Friday July 27 at 10:00 AM, Camp Impact will close out their summer camp program with a VIP reception and mural unveiling atFort Worthington Elementary/Middle School in East Baltimore’s Berea neighborhood. This unveiling comes less than a year from the ribbon-cutting ceremony of Fort Worthington Elementary/Middle School, the very first 21st Century school in Baltimore City.
Camp Impact was founded earlier this year by Live the Dream Foundation, a non-profit organization created by All Walks of Life LLC. Live the Dream partnered with the Baltimore City Youth Works program to create the summer program for youth ages 14-17. Camp Impact has adopted the mission envision, empower, and execute because they believe those are the elements of what it takes to become a successful leader. Camp Impact introduces students to functional life skills exposing them to educational and cultural experiences to prepare them to become future leaders in their community.
Camp Impact’s largest community outreach project is creating a drop and read area at Forth Worthington Elementary/Middle School. Camp Impact has partnered with an amazing local artist, Breonna Erica to create a beautiful reading themed mural that the campers themselves have painted in the designated area. Now that the mural is near completion Camp Impact is hosting a VIP reception and mural unveiling this Friday July 27 at 10:00 AM at Fort Worthington Elementary/Middle School. Fort Worthington is located at 2710 E Hoffman St, Baltimore, MD 21213.

About All Walks of Life
All Walks of Life, LLC (AWL) was founded in 2006 as an outpatient mental health clinic in the Baltimore metropolitan area. AWL possess a passion for helping youth who are in crisis and in need of support as they strive for self-empowerment. AWL's philosophy is to maximize mental health treatment by engaging both; our clients and their families. In an effort to better support the communities we serve, AWL created a separate non-profit called Live the Dream (LTD). Its mission is to help youth find pathways for success using community supports. After lying dormant for several years, AWL found the need to focus on the nonprofit again due to the repercussion of the Freddy Gray protest in 2015. It is AWL's belief that using LTD gives their clientele the tools to make a positive difference in their neighborhood while providing strategies to help them become productive citizens. Live the Dream, Camp Impact Summer, After School and /or Community Involvement Programs empowers youth to connect to community leaders to help get them on a course to potentially continue this important work in their future. With meaningful community engagements, AWL believes views teens as equal partners with adults in the decision-making process. Our program community activities are developed with teens, rather than for teens. In this kind of equal partnership, both adults are young people will be fully engaged, open to change in how things are done, and share a unified vision for the partnership in working on community issues.
