National Cheeseburger Day 2020: Deals In Maryland

MARYLAND — This year, National Cheeseburger Day falls on Friday, Sept. 18. And to help us celebrate, several restaurants are stepping up with special offers and meal deals.

Applebee's: The eatery is offering its Burger Bundle for $8.99. The deal includes any "Handcrafted Burger" on the menu, plus an order of classic fries and a soft drink. Price and participation may vary by location. Find one here.

BurgerFi: Get a burger and fries for $10 through the month of September. On Sept. 18, earn a $10 reward on the BurgerFi app. Check for locations.

Burger King: Dine for three bucks with one of these deals: a $3 Double Cheeseburger Meal (one double cheeseburger, small fries and small drink) or a $3 Snack Box (one cheeseburger, medium fries, 10 nuggets and a small beverage). See offer details here.

Denny's: In time for National Cheeseburger Day, the chain has launched two new cheeseburger-friendly Family Packs: the four-serving Cheeseburger Pack; and the Breakfast & Cheeseburger Combo Pack, which serves four to five. The Cheeseburger Pack includes four beef patties, buns, cheese, toppings and wavy-cut fries. The breakfast version has pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, plus two cheeseburgers with fries. Dog Haus: Celebrate cheeseburger's big day on Friday, Sept. 18, with a Dog Haus signature cheeseburger for $5. The offer must be redeemed through the Dog Hause app and is available only at participating restaurants. See offer details. Follow this link for locations.

Domino's: Put that cheeseburger on a pizza! The pizza chain launched its new "Cheeseburger Pizza" — made with a ketchup-mustard sauce, American cheese, beef, onions, tomatoes, shredded provolone and cheddar cheese. Not a traditional cheeseburger, it's true, but does it sound good? A large is $11.99. Details here.

McDonald's: Get a double cheeseburger for $0.50 on National Cheeseburger Dayusing the app. Also, the "Travis Scott Meal" is $6 for a limited time and includes a Quarter Pounder with cheese, plus lettuce and bacon, medium fries with BBQ dipping sauce and a Sprite. Smashburger: For one day only — on Sept. 18 — diners can enjoy a Classic Double Smash for just $5 at participating restaurants. "Double the cheese, double the love!" See locations here.

Steak 'n Shake: Members of the Steak 'n Shake Rewards Club will receive 50 percent (or $2) off a Double 'n Cheese Steakburger on Friday, National Cheeseburger Day, in an offer that runs through Sept. 24. Sonic: This offer is not on Friday, however, if you want to celebrate price-cut cheeseburgers, head to Sonic on any Tuesday, when cheeseburgers are half-off after 5 p.m. when you order via the SONIC App. Find one near you here.

Wayback Burgers: For one day only — Friday, Sept. 18 — participating restaurants will offer the "Cheeeesy Quarantini" burger for a discounted $6.99–$7.49. The "Cheeesy Quarantini" kicks up the eatery's classic Cheeeesy Burger, swapping out American cheese with four slices of spicy, gooey Pepper Jack, layered between two beef patties and cooked-to-order. Wendy's: Try the new, limited-time offering: the Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger. Between the soft pretzel bun lies a quarter-pound of beef, Muenster cheese, three strips of Applewood smoked bacon, smoky honey mustard, warm beer cheese sauce, crispy fried onions and pickles.
