One Baltimore School Closed, Two Closing Early Tuesday: Officials
A school is closed because of a water issue Tuesday, Baltimore City Public Schools officials say. Two others are letting out early.

BALTIMORE, MD — One school is closed for students on Tuesday in Baltimore City, according to Baltimore City Public Schools. A problem with utilities was the reason for the closure.
Two additional schools will be dismissing early because of the water main break.
For students who attend Franklin Square Elementary/Middle, school is canceled on Tuesday, Sept. 25, city schools officials reported Tuesday morning. Authorities cited a water problem as the reason for the closure of the school in the 1400 block of West Lexington Street. Staff should still report to the Professional Development Center at 2500 East Northern Parkway.

Vivien T. Thomas Academy and Excel Academy will dismiss at 10 a.m., due to a water main break, school officials reported.
