Preakness Day Traffic Modifications: Light Rail, Road Closures
Light rail alert: A BGE line fell across the tracks. Also, find out which roads are closed for Preakness 2017.

The Mount Washington, Coldspring and Woodberry light rail stops will be closed on Saturday, May 20, due to fallen trees and BGE poles along the light rail route from Falls Road south to North Avenue.
Those heading to the Preakness should consider alternative routes.
Preakness-bound travelers from Glen Burnie and points south via the light rail will be minimally impacted and can take the light rail to the North Avenue Station, where a shuttle bus will allow them to complete the trip to Pimlico.
