Ray Lewis Hall Of Fame Parade Planned In Baltimore
Baltimore Ravens Hall of Famer Ray Lewis will have a parade in his honor, the mayor announced.

BALTIMORE, MD — Mayor Catherine Pugh has announced there will be a parade to celebrate retired Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis achieving Hall of Fame status. The parade will be held Saturday, Sept. 22.
Lewis, a member of the Baltimore Ravens from 1996 to 2012, was a force to be reckoned with on the defense and was known for his leadership role on the team.
He played 17 consecutive seasons as a linebacker, including two Super Bowl wins, was twice named Defensive Player of the Year and won Super Bowl MVP in 2000.

Lewis was enshrined in August at the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
The parade will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 22.

It starts around Key Highway at Light Street near the Maryland Science Center and will end at War Memorial Plaza near City Hall at 100 Holliday Street.
