Royal Farms Murder Suspects Charged: Baltimore Police

Three people have been extradited to Maryland in the death of Alex Wroblewski outside the Royal Farms near Key Highway, police said.

BALTIMORE, MD — The three suspects in the deadly shooting of Alexander Wroblewski near Royal Farms have been charged with first-degree murder, according to police. The suspects had been arrested outside of Baltimore after they allegedly fled the state following the Nov. 14 murder.

Wroblewski, 41, a Locust Point man who tended bar at The Rowhouse Grille on Light Street, was shot in the stomach outside the Royal Farms in the 1400 block of Lawrence Street around 1:15 a.m., police said. Wroblewski died at the hospital, officials reported. Police said that the case was an attempted robbery.

Tonya Arnita Hayes, 37, of the 600 block of Hutchens Road in Atlanta, Georgia, faces 14 charges, from first-degree murder to having a handgun on her person, court records show. She was being held without bail Thursday. Hayes is slated to appear for a preliminary hearing in Baltimore City District Court on Jan. 4, 2018.

Marquese Winston, 23, of the 100 block of Engleside Drive in Richmond, Virginia, was charged with 21 offenses, including first-degree murder, second-degree murder first-degree assault, armed robbery, attempted theft less than $100 and related charges. He was being held without bail Thursday and has a preliminary hearing date of Dec. 28.

Tivontre Mouzon was also charged, police said.
