Stratford University Names Dr. D. Lee McGahey Baltimore Campus Dean

Lee McGahey, Ed.D., has joined the university as the Dean of the Baltimore campus

Stratford University has announced that Lee McGahey, Ed.D., has joined the university as the Dean of the Baltimore campus. McGahey, who has more than 25 years of higher education experience, serves as chief academic officer and is responsible for all academic programs and initiatives at the Baltimore campus.

McGahey most recently served as the Associate Dean and Honors Faculty Member at the University Honors College of Tennessee State University. He also held prior positions as Assistant Professor/Honors Faculty, University Academic Early Alert Officer (Tiger Alert), and Department Head/Coordinator of the Academic Enrichment, Advisement and Orientation at Tennessee State. McGahey earned a Doctorate of Education with a focus on Higher Education Administration and Supervision, Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling with a concentration in Organizational Counseling, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology, all from Tennessee State University.
