Woman Fired BB Gun At Baltimore City Firefighters, Police Say

BALTIMORE, MD — A Maryland woman is facing multiple charges after police said she fired a BB gun at members of the Baltimore City Fire Department earlier this week.

Alysha Williams, 20, of Catonsville, was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with multiple counts of first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and discharging a BB gun, according to Maryland State Police.

Authorities said Williams fired several rounds from a BB gun while members of the fire department responded to a medical call Monday. One firefighter was hit by rounds and another was injured when Williams hit them with her car as she fled, police said.
