1 Additional National Merit Scholar From Harford County Named For 2023 In Second Wave

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A second wave of 2023 National Merit Scholars has been announced.

The $2,500 scholarship winners were chosen from among more than 15,000 finalists in the 2023 National Merit Scholarship Program.

Erica Lee Honadel of Bel Air plans to study computer science. She attends Aberdeen High School.

On April 26, it was announce that Grace S. Liu had received a National Merit Siemens Scholarship courtesy of Siemens Corporation, which producers and markets electrical and electronic systems, instruments and components for medicine, science and industry. Liu intends on studying medicine.
