7-Eleven Robbed In Bel Air By Knife-Wielding Man: Police

Police said a man wearing a bandanna robbed the 7-Eleven on South Main Street in Bel Air.

BEL AIR, MD — The 7-Eleven on South Main Street in Bel Air was struck by an armed robber early Wednesday morning, according to the Bel Air Police Department. The suspect got away before police arrived, officials said.

The robbery happened at 2:14 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, police said.

The suspect walked into the 7-Eleven store at 306 South Main Street with a blue bandanna covering his face.

He showed that he had a knife and demanded money from the clerk, according to Detective Sergeant Henry Marchesani of the Bel Air Police Department.

Police said the suspect was a white man about 6 feet tall with blond hair and blue eyes. At the time of the robbery, he was said to have been wearing a blue hoodie with dark pants. He left on foot.
