• Body-camera video from fatal Bel Air police shooting delayed - The Harford County Sun (harfordcountysun.com) — Residents in Bel Air are still waiting to see body-camera footage from the August police shooting that killed 57-year-old Francisco Aparicio-Munoz during a traffic stop on Franklin Street. State investigators say they must finish interviewing witnesses before releasing the video, and emphasize that similar delays in other Maryland cases have not predicted whether officers were ultimately charged.
