ATM Skimming Person of Interest Sought: PHOTOS

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Authorities are trying to identify a person of interest in an ATM skimming case in Harford County.
Officials allege someone placed a skimming device in the ATM inside the Fallston 7-Eleven in the 2400 block of Pleasantville Road in early September.
Once the victim's information was stolen via the device on the magnetic strip in the ATM, authorities said her bank account was drained. The victim's credit card information was used in Reisterstown Road in Baltimore plus in Rockville and Silver Spring in early November, the Bel Air Police Department reported.

The Harford County Sheriff's Office said this is one of four cases of identity theft that it is investigating this week. Authorities advise people to check their bank statements for any unusual activity.
The man pictured is defined as a person of interest in the ATM skimming, according to officials, who are trying to identify him.

There is a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest in this case. To be eligible, use one of the following methods: send a tip online through Metro Crime Stoppers; text the tip to Metro Crime Stoppers at 274637 with “MCS” plus the message; or call Harford Crime Solvers at 1-888-540-8477. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
