Authorities said their investigation led them identify Garrett as the suspect in the murder of 27-year-old Deandre Sellers. At the time, officials reportedly said they believed that Sellers had been targeted when he was shot around 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, in the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive.
