Bel Air Man Charged in Macy's Indecent Exposure

The Bel Air Police Department reports it has charged a 37-year-old Bel Air man with indecent exposure in connection with an incident that occurred last weekend at Harford Mall.

Michael Robert Lacey was arrested Thursday at his home in the 200 block of Clarks Ridge Court without incident, police said. He is charged with indecently exposing himself on Sunday, April 19, according to court records.

Police said that Lacey was suspected of exposing himself in the Macy’s store at Harford Mall.

Lacey is scheduled to appear in Harford County District Court on June 1.
