Bel Air VFC Says Crash On Moores Mill Road Required Rescue

BEL AIR, MD — A crash on Moores Mill Road Thursday afternoon trapped people near Route 22, according to the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company. Multiple people were injured, said Rich Gardiner of the fire company.

The crash happened before 2 p.m. on Moores Mill Road at Route 22, Gardiner reported. Two cars were involved. Within 10 minutes, he said crews had freed the victims.

Three emergency vehicles were called to the scene to transport those who required medical attention. Their injuries ranged from minor to serious, according to Gardiner. None was believed to be life-threatening, he said.
