Bel Air Welcomes Bella Vita Salon To Bond Street

Officials from Bel Air and Harford County celebrated the new hair and nail salon in town with a ribbon cutting.

BEL AIR, MD — The town of Bel Air welcomed Bella Vita Salon this week with a ribbon cutting. Town officials and the county executive were on hand for the event on Bond Street.

Cara Piscopo is the owner of the salon, which means "beautiful life" in Italian.

"I established Bella Vita for just that reason. Creating beautiful hair and nails, while enjoying a beautiful life too," Piscopo said after opening in January.
