Here's a list of some of the best light displays in Harford County this holiday season. Submit others you've seen.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — We asked and dozens of readers responded with their favorite festive light shows around Harford County. Check out these displays, and if you know of any others we should add to our list, click on the survey form at the bottom of this article or email belair@patch.com.

AbingdonAbingdon Lights, 3112 Laurel View Drive, Abingdon, MD 21009. This holiday display is back for the 12th year and is sure to get you in the Christmas spirit. Tune your radio to 93.5 FM to listen in to the show, which runs from 5:30-10 p.m. daily until Monday, Dec. 31. Check the Abingdon Lights Facebook page in the event of bad weather.

Bel Air — Brad’s Christmas Light Show, 1722 Edwin Drive, Bel Air, MD 21015. New this year are the illuminated fog machines and 10 mini pixel trees. Tune in to 92.7 FM for the 15-minute show. Creator Brad Paulsen encourages donating to Make-A-Wish. Hours are 5:30–10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:30–11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Bel AirCedar Lane Spectacular Christmas Light Show, 1111 Cedar Lane, Bel Air, MD 21015. A 22-foot-tall Christmas tree, light-up piano and fan of light are some of the special features. People can put money in the lock-box in front of the house or donate online to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation if inclined. The 18-year-old light show creator says his diagnosis and desire to find a cure were part of what inspired him. Hours are 7-10 p.m. nightly from Dec. 1–Dec. 31.

On Saturday, Dec. 22, Santa will visit the Cedar Lane Light Show, bearing cotton candy and treats. The light show hosts wanted to give a special thanks to Bry's Lawncare and Landscaping, which donated straw to help save the grass due to the recent rain.

UPDATE: The hours have been extended from 5:30–11 p.m. nightly from Christmas Eve to new Year's Eve.

Bel Air Kurtz Christmas Lights, 1205 Corinthian Court, Bel Air, MD 21014. Visible from about 0.5 mile away, this light show has 10 songs that evoke a variety of emotions on its playlist. Listen to 87.9 FM to hear it. The light show runs until Monday, Dec. 31. Hours are 5-9 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday; and 5-10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.



Bel Air Spencer Family Holiday Lights, 3107 Nova Scotia Rd, Bel Air, MD 21015. There are about 10,000 lights and hundreds of blowmolds.



Bel Air — St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 1200 E Churchville Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014. A train garden is open inside the church on the weekends (Friday to Sunday). Hours for the light show are 6–10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 6–11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Get more details here.




Belcamp — 1266 Courtney Ln, Belcamp, MD 21017. Tune your radio to 93.5 FM to hear the show.


Joppa — 3008 Franklinville Rd, Joppa, MD 21085.

PylesvilleA Newton Noel, 2111 Telegraph Rd, Pylesville, MD 21132. A 28-foot snowflake wall, giant star of Bethlehem and nativity scene are among the attractions. Donations are accepted for Norrisville United Methodist Church, Norrisville Volunteer Fire Company and Norrisville Elementary School. Hours are 6-9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 6-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
