MARYLAND — From business remodels to new restaurants openings, Maryland's business climate seems to be booming.
A Klein's ShopRite store in Harford County has undergone a remodeling project and reopened recently. Crumbl Cookies and Chip City both are opening in Bel Air and Bethesdsa, respectively. The list goes on. Read below about some of the recent business activities going on across Maryland.
The Blackwall Barn & Lodge Opens With Locavore Menu
The Blackwall Barn & Lodge has opened its second Maryland location. The 12,000-square-foot eatery focuses on using seasonal and fresh ingredients known as "locavore." Dishes include flaming crab dip, red brick chicken, braised duck ragu pasta and more.

Remodeled Klein's ShopRite Store Reopens
The Klein family of Harford County has remodeled and reopened the ShopRite store in Belcamp, which features a new and expanded produce area, dairy and frozen foods sections, new displays, recreated aisleways and new décor.
New Sushi Restaurant Plans Grand Opening
Sushi N You has opened at 7607 MacArthur Blvd., which was previously the home of J. Brown Bakery. The restaurant will move into the space previously the home of J. Brown Bakery.

Steakhouse With Greek Influences Coming
Bouboulina, a new steakhouse with Greek influences, will open in 2024 in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose development. It will be owned by the founders of Mediterranean restaurant CAVA. The menu will be based around steak, fish, and vegetables cooked over a wood grill, with spices and side dishes from the eastern Mediterranean cooking traditions of Greece, Turkey and the Levant.
Chip City's New Cookie Shop Nears Grand Opening Date
Chip City opened its first store in Maryland on Nov. 3, according to a report. The shop will be located at 4939 Elm Street at the Shoppes of Bethesda and is part of Chip City's plan to expand to 40 stores nationwide by the end of 2023.
