City of Baltimore: NFL Game-Winning FG 56-Yards Out Ravens Top Cowboys 34-31 "No Purple Doubt"

The Ravens (2-1) & Cowboys (1-2) put on a 'Show in Rio' de Janeiro in front of cheering crowd of 72,792. The historical 1st ever NFL game in Rio (3rd in Brazil) was an absolute thriller. At the start of training camp both teams had new slogans for the '26 Campaign. For Dallas, star QB Dak Prescott announced his Cowboys were going to be the "Greatest Offense There Is" (GOTI). Yesterday he and his Dallas offensive mates looked very sharp running and passing the ball. 

Dallas took an early 10-0 lead. Lamar and company came back to score 2 TDs and took a 14-10 lead. Both teams scored FGs. The Ravens took a 17-13 lead heading into halftime. This was an AFC vs NFC heavyweight battle, the second half more power-plays and punches on offense & defense continued. Baltimore took 24-13 3rd quarter lead, but the Cowboys countered scoring 15 points, 2 TDs and a 2 point conversion to take a 28-24 with 9:42 remaining. 

Like a Championship-fight the late rounds or late 4th quarter would decide who would win in a highly contested matchup. With 1:30 left in the game the Ravens scored a TD on a short-pass from Jackson to Hibner to take a 31-28 lead. Dallas was driving going inside the Ravens 5-yard line and couldn't cross the goal-line and settled for a game-tying FG 31-31.

With :07 left Lamar hit Zay Flowers for a 27-yard pass to the Dallas 39-yard line with :01 second left after the Ravens used their final timeout. Tyler Loop becomes the hero hitting the game-winning FG from 56-yards out, Baltimore get's the victory 34-13, "No Purple Doubt". The Flock in the Rio stands are hi-fiving & cheering the slogan/anthem "No Purple Doubt".  

LJ8 had a sensational game going 15-20 for 186-yards and 2 TDs. Lamar also had 50-yards rushing the ball. Derrick Henry had a good day rushing for 89-yards on 25 carries, 2 TDs. Zay was back on the field after missing the team home debut contributed with 104-yards, 84-receiving and 20-rushing. Dak had a solid outing going 25-40 for 276-yards and 1 TD. RB Javonte Williams ran for 98-yards on 19 carries. CeeDee Lamb (7 catches) & George Pickens (7 catches) combined for 14 catches, 194-yards. 

The Ravens left the field winning the Battle of the NFL's Best Team Slogans "No Purple Doubt" vs "Greatest Offense There Is". Loop 56-yards out, Ravens win " No Purple Doubt". Derrick Henry (13,319) passed Hall of Fame RB Eric Dickerson (13,259) for 9th place on the all-time rushing list. King Henry is on pace to become only the 7th player in NFL history to eclipse 14,000 yards.
