County Executive Cassilly Orders Harford Flag Lowered in Honor of Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Greg Dietz
The Harford County flag to be flown at half-staff from sunrise tomorrow, July 2, to sunset July 3.
County Executive Bob Cassilly has ordered the Harford County flag to be flown at half-staff from sunrise tomorrow, July 2, to sunset July 3 in honor of Sergeant George Gregory “Greg” Dietz of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office. Sgt. Dietz died yesterday, June 30, 2025.
County Executive Cassilly also issued the following statement:
“Harford County honors our first responders and mourns the loss of Sgt. Dietz. We pray for his family and friends to find healing and comfort in the difficult days ahead.”
