Crash On I-95 South Of Joppa Slowing Traffic
A crash on Interstate 95 snarled southbound traffic Monday morning in Harford County.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A crash in Harford County is slowing traffic for those headed south on Interstate 95 Monday morning. The crash was reported on I-95 south past the exit for MD 152/Mountain Road just prior to 8 a.m., according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.
Authorities reported the left lane was blocked from the crash after 8:30 a.m.
There were still delays present on I-95 south in the area just before 9 a.m., but the congestion was starting to ease.

After 9 a.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority advised the crash had cleared.
While the delays in Harford County have ended, officials said those continuing south on I-95 to the Fort McHenry Tunnel should expect slowdowns. Two tractor-trailers were blocking the left bore as of 9 a.m.
