Silver Alert Canceled For Jarrettsville Woman

A missing Harford County woman has been found, officials say.

JARRETTSVILLE, MD — The Jarrettsville woman who was reported missing Wednesday has been found, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. Authorities said after 6 a.m. Thursday that the woman, who suffers from dementia, has been located safe and unharmed.

Dorothy Louise Richard, who goes by "Tracy," was last seen at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, officials say.

She was leaving her home in the 3500 block of Advocate Hill Drive wearing a pink top and blue jeans.

Richard was driving a 2015 dark blue Toyota Highlander with a Maryland tag 6BZ8675.

Because she suffers from dementia and needs medication, Richard's family is concerned about her well-being.

Anyone who sees Dorothy Louise Richard or her vehicle is asked to call 911.
